Baby stats: Baby is the size of a cauliflower or a junior tennis racquet.
Symptoms: Nausea is pretty strong. Hip and back pain is still there. And I’m super, super full in my belly!
Total weight gain: Back down to 68.4kg. I think because I get super full on very little these days, so probably not eating as much as I was before.
Maternity clothes: Wore my maternity jeans a couple of times this week as the weather was a bit cooler.. yay!
Stretch marks? I think I have some new ones on the top of my belly?? Unsure though, will find out once this baby is out.
Workouts: Got some walking in and quite a bit of squat days. Need to start focusing more on labour friendly exercises and lots of walking and stretching. It’s difficult when it’s super hot though.
Diet: Diet hasn’t been great. I’m snacking a lot, but I’m also getting full on my snacks so not eating properly. I’m going to really have to switch up my diet so that I’m getting enough nutrients to sustain me for the rest of this pregnancy.
Food cravings: No real cravings at the moment, but I’m not keen on full meals so have been snacking a lot.
Gender: Girl 🙂
Labor signs: Um, no….
Belly button in or out? In. My belly button never popped with my last full-term pregnancy, so I’m guessing it won’t this time round either.
Happy or moody most of the time: It’s been an emotional week. I feel like my body is going through another hormone surge.. bugger.
