Baby stats: Baby is the size of a green olive. Fingers and toes are no longer webbed and the baby can now hiccup!
Symptoms: Nausea, bloating (big time!), fatigue and still with the extreme thirst. Major emotional outbursts and breakdowns.
Total weight gain: -1.3kg. I’ve lost weight again, which mentally screws with my head as I know that my midsection is starting to thicken. Weird.
Maternity clothes: Not wearing any no, but I did purchase a pair of maternity jeans! I couldn’t help myself. Shopping is shopping.
Stretch marks? No new ones.
Workouts: I’ve only managed a couple of walks and a HIIT workout in the last 7 days. Again, I’ve allowed my emotions to get the better of me.
Diet: Back on the junk food wagon this week!! I have been completely terrible, and I think I have only eaten one green thing (broccoli) for the entire past 7 days… eeek.
Food cravings: Junk food. In spades. Half of this is emotional eating no doubt, but I’m actually put off by my usual favourites and crips and chocolate seem to be the only things that don’t make me gag. Stupid really.
Gender: Unknown yet, and no still no inklings.
Labor signs: Um, no….
Belly button in or out? In. My belly button never popped with my last full-term pregnancy, so I’m guessing it won’t this time round either.
Happy or moody most of the time: Very, very emotional this week. Had a massive meltdown the other day which my poor toddler felt the brunt of, so I am actively taking steps to try and reduce any future possible meltdowns. More exercise, more sleep, more sun and less junk food should do the trick.
