Symptoms: Nausea, bloating (big time!), fatigue and still with the extreme thirst. Breathlessness is back.
Total weight gain: -800gm. I’ve gained 200gm since last week but I’m still less than what I started at. Beginning to think that this is not going to last long from here on out.
Maternity clothes: No.
Stretch marks? No new ones.
Workouts: I’ve only managed two walks and two core and butt workouts in the last 7 days. I’ve allowed my emotions to get the better of me.
Diet: I’m eating less than I was last week, however it’s more junk food than nutrient dense stuff. Again, I’ve allowed my emotions to win this week.
Food cravings: Chips! (or potato crisps, depending on where you are from). Like I generally like chips, but I’ve been craving these like crazy. Actually, junk food in general has been taking over the cravings. I feel like my body just needs more energy so it’s craving foods that will give it the ‘quick hit’.
Gender: Unknown yet, and no still no inklings.
Labor signs: Um, no….
Belly button in or out? In. My belly button never popped with my last full-term pregnancy, so I’m guessing it won’t this time round either.
Happy or moody most of the time: Very emotional this week. A lot happened, our little boy ended up in hospital over the weekend, I lost out on a business deal that I really, really wanted, and I’ve been eating shite, so nothing has really worked out for the last 7 days. Here is hoping the next 7 are better!
