Nothing planned for today, which is great because I didn’t do anything!
FBW (Fat burning walk): Yes!
Breakfast: Homemade baked beans with scrambled eggs and rye toast. Delish!!
Lunch: 1/2 sausage.
Dinner: Couple of slices of Roast lamb.
Snacks: 1/2 banana bread. 3 glasses of soda water (Night out with one of my girls).
Verdict: 5/10 – Fair to say I’ve given up on Ashy Bines Booty Challenge for this week. I am constantly wiped out by lunch time that I don’t want to do anything. I actually had a two hour nap in the afternoon! Those pregnancy hormones are starting to rear their ugly head already.
