Accountability Post Day 26

Exercise Goals:

Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 12: No.  Again.  But, I did do my 5min core routine and 5min butt routine, so wasn’t a total failure 🙂

FBW (Fat burning walk): Yes!

Stretches: Yes.

Breakfast: Apple & Yoghurt.

Lunch: Asian dumpling soup.

Dinner: Dahl + rice.

Snacks:  Coffee.

Coffee: Yes.

Chocolate: No.

Verdict: 6/10 – Didn’t manage my exercise plan again!!  The tiredness is starting to get to me, and it’s just wiping all my motivation.  😦
