Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 11: Yes. I also did 5 minutes of core work. 1 minute each of the following: Bicycle crunches, Straight leg sit ups + twist, Straight leg raises, Plank with pelvic tilts and standard plank.
FBW (Fat burning walk): No. No walks at all today 😦
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomato, coriander and chilli. Hot chocolate.
Lunch: Kale slaw with shredded chicken and yoghurt dressing.
Dinner: Salmon with pan seared asparagus. I also have my son’s leftover chicken soup (about 1/4 cup).
Snacks: Piece of jam toast. A lot of chocolate coated scotch fingers. Like about 8 of them!
Verdict: 4/10 – All efforts were reversed because of those damn scotch fingers! I honestly could not stop myself.
It was a rough day. I was on the edge of the emotional sword all day, and for no good reason! I blame the hormones. The smallest things would set me off crying. Whether happy, sad or frustrated tears, they were definitely not in short supply. Guess it all escalated into the biscuit eating frenzy, which I felt extremely guilty for afterwards.
Tried to negate the situation by having three cups of green tea, but that just gave me a headache. Anyone else get headaches from drinking green tea?
All, in all, I’ll be glad for tomorrow.
