Accountability Post Day 23

Exercise Goals:

Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 11: No.  But I did do BBG Week 1, Day 1 (Legs & Cardio).

FBW (Fat burning walk): No.  I did go for a walk just not a FBW.

Stretches: No.

Breakfast: One scrambled egg with 1/4c baked beans and a slice of toast.  Cup of green tea.

Lunch: Chicken wrap with kale slaw.

Dinner: Chicken soup.

Snacks: Coffee & a blueberry muffin.

Coffee: Yes.

Chocolate: No.

Verdict: 6/10 – Blueberry muffin aside, overall a good day.  Couldn’t quite manage the Booty Day 11, it looked like it would take forever so I opted for the shorter, but definitely harder exercise option 🙂

On a side note, can I just say that Kayla Itsines BBG guides are tough.  Haven’t done them for a few weeks and it was a killer!  Here is a quick snapshot on what I had to do:

Circuit One:

  • 15 x jump squats.
  • 15 x squats
  • 24 x weighted walking lunges
  • 24 x knee ups

Circuit Two:

  • 16 x cross jumps
  • 10 x burpees
  • 24 x weighted step ups
  • 15 x medicine ball squat and press

Essentially you time yourself for 7 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible of the first circuit.  Take a 30s break, then move to the second circuit.  Repeat.  In total you are only working out for roughly 30 minutes, but man do you break a sweat!
