Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 10: Yes.
FBW (Fat burning walk): No, but I did go for a 5k walk after breakfast.
Breakfast: Porridge. Coffee.
Lunch: Leftover slow cooked beef cheeks with 2x slices rye toast.
Dinner: 2x chicken wraps with kale slaw, chilli and coriander.
Snacks: 1/2 apple. Lindt Bar.
Chocolate: Yes, my husband thought he would surprise me with some Lindt. Surprisingly, I didn’t actually enjoy it. Maybe these baby hormones are changing my taste buds for the better?
Verdict: 7/10 – I’m gonna give myself a 7 for today. I managed to get my workout in and go for a walk, albeit not a FBW. And aside from the Lindt bar I was really good with my eating today.
