Breakfast: Porridge w honey and cinnamon.
Lunch: Chicken fried rice.
Dinner: Leftover fried rice from lunch.
Snacks: Cinnamon scroll.
Chocolate: No 🙂
Verdict: 7/10 – Smashed my workouts and was ok with my eating.
