FBW (Fat burning walk): Yes!!

Stretches: Yes.

Breakfast: Porridge w honey and cinnamon.

Lunch: Chicken fried rice.

Dinner: Leftover fried rice from lunch.

Snacks: Cinnamon scroll.

Coffee: No.

Chocolate: No πŸ™‚

Verdict: 7/10 – Smashed my workouts and was ok with my eating.
