FBW (Fat burning walk): Yes!
Breakfast: 1/2 bacon & egg roll. Hot chocolate.
Lunch: Ham, cheese, tomato, spinach wrap.
Dinner: Beef curry w rice and Dahl.
Snacks: 1/2 apple. Couple of Scotch Fingers.
Verdict: 5/10 for average effort in all areas. No excuses really.
