Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 6. Yes!
FBW (Fat burning walk): No. But I walked about 8km today.
Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg. 1/2 slice rye toast. 1/4 sausage.
Lunch: salmon wrap with spinach, tomato & cheese.
Dinner: Chicken fried rice.
Snacks: 1/4 apple. 5 scotch fingers. Coffee.
Verdict: 5/10 – Not too bad an effort. Managed to complete the booty challenge for the day.. yay! Need to get a grip on these fat burning walks.. I know they really are the key to my success. Well, that and not eating so much junk, although today was a better day. No chocolate and only a few scotch fingers :). Well, five if we’re counting.
