Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 6. Optional – 1-2 Finishers: No
FBW (Fat burning walk): No. But I clocked up maybe 10km worth of walking, and also hot lost walking up this steep mofo of a hill.
Breakfast: Leftover ragu w broccoli. Coffee.
Lunch: 2x sushi rolls (one salmon & avo, one chicken & avo). Some of my son’s chicken tenders and fries. Coffee.
Dinner: Teriyaki salmon w rice and green beans.
Snacks: Hot chocolate and scotch fingers.
Coffee: Yes, x2!
Chocolate: Yes, had a hot chocolate.
Verdict: 3/10 – Poor effort indeed…
