Accountability Post Day 14

Sunday, 10 July

Exercise Goals:

Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 5.  No.  Was hoping to get this done in the morning, but we had a really crappy sleep.

FBW (Fat burning walk): Yes.  Although it was a short one.  We took the kids for a walk to one of the local cafes in the area so that they could get a hot chocolate.

Stretches: No.

Breakfast: Coffee, scone and an apple.

Lunch: Nandos chicken and a garden salad.  Oh, and some fries…

Dinner: Meatballs in a tomato sauce with roasted vegetables.

Snacks: Papas Patisserie Baked Ricotta Cheesecake.

Coffee: Yes.

Chocolate: No.  But the cheesecake was pretty intense!

Verdict: 3/10 – No drive or motivation today.  Dealing with five kids, four of which are tweens, is exhausting!!  I had every intention to get up before all the kids do and get in a workout, but we gave our bed to my mother-in-law on Saturday night, so we used a blow up mattress out in the living room.  An hour after we went to sleep I woke up and realised that our mattress had deflated.  We were practically sleeping on the floor.  Then our toddler woke up screaming because we weren’t in the room so we brought him out with us, which meant that he fell asleep on my tummy while I was lying on the hard floor.  Excellent.  All in all, a pretty shit night.  Needless to say exercise was the last thing I wanted to do.  Although, I do know that if I had managed it, I probably would have felt better.  Le sigh.
