Accountability Post Day 12

Friday, 8 July

Exercise Goals:

Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 4. Optional – 1-2 Finishers: Yes.  Although, I  forgot the finishers!

FBW (Fat burning walk): Went for a walk, but not a FBW.

Stretches: Yes.

Breakfast: Coffee and cornflakes with banana.

Lunch: Oporto Burger.

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese

Snacks: lollies

Coffee: Yes.

Chocolate: No.

Verdict: 5/10 – the intention was there but I completely forgot about the finishers!  As always, food game was pretty poor.
