Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 5: 1/2 of the exercises.
FBW (Fat burning walk): Went for a walk, but not a FBW.
Breakfast: Scrambled egg w kale slaw.
Lunch: Kale slaw wrap with smoked salmon.
Dinner: Bacon, pea & broccoli pasta (we had leftovers to get rid of… lol)
Snacks: 1/2 lamb sandwich. Slither of Ricotta cheesecake 😦 Coffee.
Verdict: 7/10 – Even though I was feeling like shit today (I swear I’m pregnant), I managed to complete my exercise 1/2 of day 5. I only had to stop because the baby woke up and decided to be cling. I was also relatively good with my eating except for the slice of cheesecake. I really need to work on this self-control thing..
