Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 3: Yes! My ass definitely hurt by the time I had finished.
FBW (Fat burning walk): Went for a walk, but not a FBW.
Breakfast: Porridge with cinnamon
Lunch: Kale slaw wrap.
Dinner: Chciken soup.
Snacks: Apple. Carrots. Beers. Oh and a couple teaspoons of honey throughout the day because my throat was killing me.
Verdict: Decided against trying to play catch up with my exercises and just continue as I am. So today was Booty day 3, which I managed although it took me twice as long because my son kept wanting me to chase him! Guess I got some cardio in as well 😉
