Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 5: No. I did the catch up Day 2 instead. Didn’t manage the finishers though.
FBW (Fat burning walk): Not really. I did go for a 40min walk, however I had eaten not long before, so technically not a FBW.
Breakfast: Cheese onion toasties and coffee.
Lunch: Asian pork wrap
Dinner: Cauliflower curry & rice. Hot chocolate.
Snacks: Couple of crackers before lunch (I didn’t eat until 2.15pm, so was starving!). Vanilla & Citrus cheesecake, Mocha and a couple of beers.
Chocolate: Yes.. The hot chocolate is technically chocolate right?
Verdict: 3/10. Same rating as yesterday because I failed at my eating game. When it rains, it pours huh? I was also hoping to play catch up with the exercises but I completely underestimated how challenging day 2 would be, never mind trying to complete another 3 more days worth! Will try to aim for booty day 3 & 4 tomorrow, and then 5 &6 the next day, then 7 & 8 the following day to catch up. Either that or I just admit initial defeat and continue as I am with just booty day 3 tomorrow. We’ll see how I feel about it all when I wake up.. haha.
