Accountability Post Day 7

Exercise Goals:

Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 3:  No.  I did the catch up Day 1 instead.

FBW (Fat burning walk): Yes!

Stretches: Yes.

Breakfast: Ricotta pancakes & coffee

Lunch: Japanese (sushi, sashimi & edamame)

Dinner: Dahl & rice

Snacks:  Chocolate…

Coffee: Yes

Chocolate: Yes.. 😦

Verdict: 5/10.  Same rating as the past couple of days but for a different reason.  Actually managed to do the first day of the Booty challenge as well as get in my FBW.  Eating game was fairly weak today however, ricotta pancakes AND chocolate all in one day.
