Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 2 & 2x Finishers: No! OMG, failing at the first hurdle, that is 2 days in a row and I’m only 2 days in! Sheesh.
FBW (Fat burning walk): Yes
Breakfast: Fruit, Yoghurt & Muslie bowl. Mocha.
Lunch: Fish & Chips
Dinner: 2x beef fajitas (homemade)
Snacks: 2x beers
Chocolate: No 🙂
Verdict: 5/10. Another average day. For the second day in a row, I completely forgot to do my Booty challenge exercises. Unsure if I should just restart, or just try and catch up in the next few days. Think I may just try to catch up, as I don’t want to get into the habit of restarting.
