Accountability post Day 4

Exercise Goals:

Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 5: Not completed 😦

FBW (Fat burning walk): Same as the other day.  Technically I didn’t complete the FBW, however I did clock up some k’s walking around the city with my son.  I’ll say at least 4km.

Stretches: Yes.

Breakfast: Porridge, with honey, sultanas and cinnamon.

Lunch: Pad Thai… aaand, Max Brennar’s strawberries and cream crepe with a flat white.

Dinner: 2min noodles, with spinach.

Snacks: Couple of plain water crackers.

Coffee: Yes

Chocolate: Yes…. There was a small drizzle of chocolate on my lunchtime crepes.  Sneaky, sneaky little chocolate drizzle.

Verdict: 0/10 I had an emotional start to the day which kind of carried over into the rest of the day.  I didn’t complete my exercise goal I had set out and I also ate shite all day.  By no means did I ’emotionally eat’, but neither did I stop myself from eating anything that I probably shouldn’t have.  Given my crap start to the day, I decided to take my son into the city to just wonder around and effectively ‘lose’ myself in the crowd.  While in the city I decided to visit my favourite thai place and also Max Brennar (just so happened to be next door).  Seriously, who can resist Max Brennar??  On a side note, the thai wasn’t as good as I remember 😦  Must remember this for next time I have a weak moment in the city.

I also realise that I have completely overcommitted myself with trying to  complete the two different exercise programs concurrently, so have decided to rethink my approach from tomorrow onwards.  Working on my new plan as we speak and will probably (well, hopefully) put up a post of my new plan shortly.

Tomorrow is a new day right?
