Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 4: Completed the rest of Booty day 3 that I had missed yesterday, then went straight onto Booty day 4. Didn’t bust my lungs like Booty day 2, but damn was my butt hurting by the time I finished!
Kayla Itsines BBG Week 4, Day 2: Complete! Well, just barely. I did my BBG workout after completing my Booty workouts so fair to say I was exhausted by the time I got around to doing BBG. Did I give it my all? No. But, I did it and I finished. I feel like maybe I’ve overcommitted by trying to do BBG and the Booty program at the same time?
FBW (Fat burning walk): No. The most I walked was 10mins to the park for my son, and then 10mins back.
Breakfast: Porridge, just plain.
Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast w kale slaw.
Dinner: Mexican spiced lean mince in lettuce cups. (Decided on nachos for dinner, so I tried to make it healthier for myself, though my husband had the full fat, more delicious version).
Snacks: Handful of nacho chips (couldn’t help myself…)
Chocolate: Yes…. We finished the Milka 🙂
Verdict: 6/10 Minus points for the chocolate, but extra points for exercise effort 🙂
