Accountability Post Day 2

Exercise Goals:

Ashy Bines Booty Challenge Day 3: Completed half the exercises from the app. I was doing this as my son was taking a bath.. He slipped and I panicked and completely forgot to finish it off later.  Planning on finishing it tomorrow.

FBW (Fat burning walk): No.  And, Yes.  Technically, a ‘Fat Burning Walk’ is done on an empty stomach, so I technically didn’t complete a FBW, however I did clock up almost 12km walking around getting errands done.  Positive I not owning a vehicle 🙂

Stretches: No.

Breakfast: Porridge with sultanas and honey.

Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast w kale slaw.  2 x cheese bread.

Dinner: Pan seared salmon and asparagus with baked kumara.  Delilah!Snacks: 2 Slices of cheese. 

Coffee: Yes

Chocolate: Yes…. Although it was not my intention!  My husband brought home some Milka, so of course we indulged.

Verdict: 4/10 The intention was there.  
Note:  Will now be posting these accountability post the day after the actual day, just in case I have any late night snacks I sneak in afterwards.  Hadn’t happened yet, but just in case!
